The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR)
The Scottish Housing Regulator oversees registered social landlords (RSLs) and local authorities in Scotland to ensure they meet the standards and requirements set by the Scottish Government. They regulate and monitor social landlords to protect the interests of tenants and service users, promote the provision of good quality housing, and value for money in housing services. They also work to improve the management and governance of social landlords in Scotland.
More information about their work can be found here: Information For Tenants
The Scottish Housing Regulator has set a Regulatory Framework that landlords follow to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our tenants, owners and other stakeholders.
