You have a personal responsibility to uphold the requirements of this Code. You cannot be a member of the Governing Body if you do not agree to adopt this Code of Conduct. Committee Induction Policy
It can be daunting for new Committee members when they join the Management Committee. In order for those members to fully contribute to the work of the Management Committee and not be overwhelmed by the amount there is to learn about the association, it is important that new members are welcomed, supported, provided with relevant information and have comprehensive induction training.

Our Corporate Plan for 2024-2027
We have launched our Corporate Plan for 2024-2027, which is our roadmap that will guide the Association for the next Three years. This plan reflects our commitment to all of our tenants, the quality and safety of our homes and value for money.
We look forward to sharing the progress we have made against our objectives in the corporate plan over the coming three years. We will review our progress and update everyone every year.
