The Association currently provides factoring services for a total of 253 owners. The service includes administering a property management service and arranging buildings insurance. The service is provided for owners living within the Bellgrove, Finnart and Dalmarnock areas. Owners are charged a proportion of all common repairs, based on the provisions of the Deed of Conditions, and a Management Fee. Low cost Buildings Insurance is also provided where appropriate.
