Molendinar Park Housing Association will close at 4pm on Friday 19th December for the Christmas break, and reopen on Monday 5th January at 9am.
In the event of an emergency during this period please phone the office number, 0141 564 5256, to be put through to our emergency repairs service.
Our contractors are on call to cover emergency repairs. Please only call if it's a real emergency and cannot wait until the office reopens in Janaury. Our contractors are at home enjoying their Christmas break too, so please only use this service if it's essential.
Examples of emergencies include things like:
- No central heating or hot water.
- Unsafe power fittings, light swtiches or sockets.
- Burst pipes or uncontrollable water leaks.
- Blocked drains.
- Issues with flushing toilets.
- Loss of gas, electricity, or water supply.
- Main lighting not working.
- Broken or insecure doors locks or windows.
