We thank you for your patience over the past two years and recognise how flexible and accommodating everyone has been.
In line with Scottish Government guidance and after agreement with the Management Committee we are now able to operate a hybrid working model for our residents.
From Monday 28th February 2022 staff will be returning to the office but will be working on a hybrid basis. The office will be open every day with a core number of staff being on site with the remainder working from home who can be contacted in the usual manner.
However, the Association will only be offering an appointment-based service at this time. Anyone who wishes to book an appointment, must first contact us by phone 0141 564 5256 or e-mail admin@molendinar.org.uk. If you have an allocated appointment, we ask that:
- Only one person visits us – if you require support from another individual (family member or friend) we can increase this to a maximum of two people
- Arrive at your appointment time, (there is no waiting areas inside the building)
- Please use the buzzer on the gate to let us know you have arrived
- When you come into the building, you must be wearing a face mask (unless exempt) and sanitise your hands
Although the Association has provided a full service over the past two years whilst staff have been working from home, we are looking forward to getting back out and visiting people in our communities and welcoming people into the office.
