Assurance Statement 2019

The Scottish Housing Regulator confirmed that all RSLs must provide an Assurance Statement from Committee confirming that the Association is compliant with the seven standards of the Regulatory Framework between April and October each year.

The Regulator will publish each Landlord Statement, and these will form part of the overall regulatory view that the Regulator will have of our Association.

The Association must notify the Regulator during the year if anything happens which materially changes the level of Assurance within the statement.

The attached  Assurance Statement has been produced. The statement confirms that the Association is fully compliant for each of the relevant standards of governance and financial management.

The Assurance Statement was approved at the Management Committee meeting on the 15th October.
